Return Policy
Cargo Company is used in our product deliveries. Delivery time is 3 days in Istanbul and 5 days in other regions. In case the Cargo Company cannot go to remote areas in Turkey, the person placing the order can receive the product ordered from the nearest branch of the Cargo Company.
Orders received after 15.00 are considered received on the next business day. Orders received after 3 PM on Friday are considered received the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays such as holidays and public holidays are considered to be received on the first official working day following the end of the holiday.
The products are only delivered to the person who placed the order at the address where the order was placed.
It will be useful for you to provide the address and phone number of your location during the day in order for the delivery to take place. The product of the customer who cannot be found at the given address is taken to the relevant branch. Items not received within 4 days from here will be returned.
